You shouldn't. There are different versions for slow and fast connections, and you should get the right one automatically. To make sure, though, it wouldn't hurt to check your Preferences, under Connection Speed.
Which reminds me, it wouldn't hurt also to go into your Preferences, under Streaming Transport, and click on "Auto Configure"...
It turns out that server's being moved, too, so it may just have been bad timing. It worked for me just now, give it another try? Thanks for your interest,

PS: If none of that helps, let me know what your Connection Speed is set at and which particular GR you're trying...
