As a man I have never gone through it but I see what it does to the woman I love. That constant battle is beyond my ability to understand but I try. Putting blinders on does not make PMDD unreal. I hope that this person never has to deal with all this because it would change the way that they thought. Hang in there and keep trying for yourself most of all but also for the ones that love you.
