I have been on anti-depressents for almost 8 years now. I have taken Paxil, Zoloft, Prozac and now am on Serzone. I have gained about 80 lbs in the past 8 years, without changing my diet. My doctor has talked to me about taking Topamax to help me lose weight. Does anyone know how safe it is to take Topamax with Serzone?
