hi yona,
my guess is you are in a potentially dangerous situation. I'm manic depressive and I would never take an anti-depressant without a mood stabilizer. If I were you I'd go to the hospital to get a stabilzer. When the manias get out of control (and I couldn't control mine) they aren't creative. I find I am most creative with mood stabilizers. The ideas still come, not as fast maybe, but I'm able to do things with them.
you should be proud of yourself for only self-medicating with tea and nicotine.
