I understand your concern about weight. Most of my life I've suffered from eating disorders (anorexia & binge eating), but I have been successful keeping the weight off.
I have been eating quite healthly for the past 3 years (no starving or binging), taking medications that cause weight gain (lithium & others). I believe I've controlled my weight not only with my diet, but mostly with my exercising. In general I walk a minimum of 1 hour a day. I also jog 3 times a week for 45 minutes.
I'm still not mentally 'healthy' enough to accept much fat on my body. I think when you're depressed, fat is even more depressing.
