Abby - One more thing. The body water loss with excessive alcohol consumption can also deplete your body of electrolytes (eg sodium, potassium, chloride, etc.), but this is usually only in extreme cases. Maybe on those special occasions a little Gatorade (or reasonable facimille) may be better than increase water. Don't overdo the Gatorade either, though. Just a thought.As a caveat, I do not recommend drinking more than one glass (maybe two at most) of any alcoholic beverage when taking CNS medications - Cam W.
