I think you're on a perfect schedule...if you work a graveyard shift or live in Asia!!!

LOL...My teenage son is the one who should live in Asia. His pdoc is out of town and unreachable until Tuesday. I have GAD and I worry(actually about everything) that he will have to work the graveyard shift or trade Asian currency so my sleep pattern is going to hell too:)) My pdoc suggested the benedryl because she felt it was benign and might hold us till my son's prodigal pdoc returns.
BTW, I gave him 2 last night. It didn't work:((
