I bought Jamison from the Univ of Washington bookstore 1-800-335-7323 and find it interesting and authoritative (it certainly helps give me credence with my shrink), but truth-to-tell, when I'm really in a trough I can't read very well, so it's just a $78 block of gibberish at that point.

If this other one is good, I'd like to add it to my collection. Thanks for the tip.
