Thomas,
I was on Effexor XR and was taken off it for exactly the reasons you are describing. I had no energy prior to taking it and afterwards was REALLY bad! I also had problems with forgetfulness, (where I parked the car, picking the kids up from school, etc.). If memory serves me correctly (ha-ha), there is the standard "may make you drowsy" label on the bottle, although I don't know if you have that in Sweden. Effexor works well for a lot of people, others not well at all. Is Effexor the first AD you've tried? It may just be a matter of giving it more time. I hope you find the right one for you, I currently take Wellbutrin SR which seems to be working pretty well for me. Good luck!Peace,
Greg> hello friends!I am on effexor xr 150/day for 1 month now and it has helped for my anxiety ,but i dont have the energi to do anything i just sit here and dont care much in life.Do you think an increase to 300? would give me more energi.I live in sweden and we dont have any activating drugs here(the doctors mayby scared that we will be to happy?).Thanks for any comment!
