Effexor rash

Has anyone had any success treating a rash associated with Effexor. I started taking it (175mg/day) only recently, and these hive-like bumps just appeared on my torso. Do they go away, spread, or what? I have been pleased with the Effexor aside from this and am willing to wait and see, but I thought I'd ask for some input from anyone who has come up against this. Thanks
