I don't know about this med in particular, but I read recently, I think it was in When words are not enought, a book about depression and women, that it takes a while for the circulatory systems that connect to the embryo to develop, so in the time between getting pregnant and finding out about it, if a woman is taking meds, there is little chance of danger to the embryo. Since you suspect pregnancy this early, it would seem you are on safe ground.

As for how to handle going off the drug if needed, you should consult a doctor about that, and I am sure you will learn some good info from other people here.
