celexa-cold feelings

I have been taking Celexa for over a month now and still need to take Xanax every day and am still quite agoraphobic. Also has any one had weird feelings of internal coldness with the celexa? It is really noticeable in the general bladder area. It is scary and I also feel disoriented with this cold feeling.
