(Was that more information than you needed? :-) I do feel for people who get this disheartening side effect; unlike some other side effects, it's very difficult to deal with, although some pharmacologic add-ons seem to work some of the time (yohimbine, bupropion, sildenafil, etc.). There's also the old "slip some Prozac in your partner's coffee so it takes him forever too" trick. Not that I'm suggesting such a thing. ;-)
