Hmm, I couldn't help thinking, sometimes terazosin (Hytrin) is used for sweating:

And terazosin's actually marketed as a blood pressure medication.

So...

I don't know what your blood pressure runs, or what, if anything, you're taking for it already, but it wouldn't hurt to ask your cardiologist, since you have one, about the possibility of combining Effexor and Hytrin...
