I meditate twice a day for 20 minutes each session. If I don't meditate, I can feel it by the end of the day. At one point, when my anxiety was very high, I studied yoga daily. Yoga was as affective as any anti-anxiety pill I took but yoga requires time, something we all haven't got to spare. I would say meditation and yoga have helped me enormously. But I still and probably always will need my pills.
