For neck and shoulders I go swimming twice a week,
and that really helps the pain in the upper back
(neck and shoulders). I use snorkling gear so
that I do not have to arch my back and raise my
head out of the water for air. I alternate 4 or
more strokes and swim up to 1/2 a mile.Paula
