James here....The most common med used for anger other than AD's is a beta blocker. Beta blockers block just that, the beta responce, which is fight or flight responce, anger and high blood pressure (the primary use of a beta blocker)I take Inderal as needed when I am doing fine motor things (like working with IC's and chips because my hands shake a little or when I am onstage.) For anger there are other BB's that would be a better bet. Have you investagated possible psychological reasons for this anger ? I fully understand that this can be just a medical issue, but sometimes there is a psychological part to the problem. Either way there are meds to help.
