Prozac, Effexor and Lithium

I am battling chronic depression. I was on Prozac for a year and I felt so much better. It quit working. I have been on several medications without sucess. My doctor has now prescribed 60mg of Prozac, 1 Effexor XR 75mg and 1 300mg of Lithium carbonate a day. Is this normal to take all this medication. I just started and I don't know if it works or not. Let me know what you think.
