Work is draining

Posted by Sky Brite Line on June 27, 2008, at 23:19:32

I have to ask something. Is it out natraul to get out and "want" to work, or "forced" to work. Because i read if your forced to work, proverb says its lazyness.

Anyways, i've been working and it seems that its draining. How do i help it. Am i working at the right place.

Whats really the best for me because i talked to some friends and they said that terrible pay for my age. But my friends are all about "modern" work, so they work at computer/new money firms and stuff. What should i do? i only have a degree in BCIS.

Hi Sky Brite Line:

I don't think being forced to work is lazyness, to me it's more economics: you don't want to work, but you have to support yourself, family, etc.

Work can definitely be draining, especially if it isn't what you want to be doing. Which is my situation right now. Big sigh.

What is a BCIS degree?

hi

count the cost before doing anything but some are:

1. reanalyze your current job to see if anything can b done to make it better, chk w/ management about career advancement, taking on other more meaningful work,

2.start looking for something better

3. see how personal life may be making your job draining if at all.

4. take some time out for yourself to reanalyze your life situation and assess things to which need further care and looking into so you can put things in order and make it work best for you.

hope this helps and wish u the best,

nfc

thanks, at the time its the only good thing i can do besides stock.

There are just so many things, my freinds make alot of money because they are "gold diggers", they look for the most best paying jobs possible.

I can do this job of course, i've done it before, but i must think in terms of having to work my way up. And is there a "glass cieling" in this job.
