I had a midterm today. I get totally stressed about exams. This is my first midterm in 15 years, and I didn't feel at all prepared -- especially after taking the practice exam online and doing not nearly as well as I wanted to.
I'm still ramped up, because I know I can get my results online tomorrow. It's taking a lot of self control not to go check now to see if the results are up early. Yesterday in therapy, we talked about why I can't let it go. Why I walk out of a test, and continue to worry about it, even though there's nothing I can do to change it.
But, one step at a time: I survived taking the test.

And I hope everything went ok. Test anxiety can be really awful. Peace

Why don't you set an alarm clock to the time you can check the results?
Congratulations on getting through this!

Racer I know the feeling I had to take my drivers test and had to identify road signs without any writing on them. And I couln't calm down even when I aced it. What course are you taking didn't know you went back to school. Love Phillipa

:-)
I really hate midterms and exams and I sure am glad when they're over!
I hope you take some time to have some fun to reward yourself.
