learning what sorts of things need to be put in place before the learning of reading, writing, and arithmetic.
once we have figured out what sorts of things those are, then we can better ensure that the kids never develop those skills.
that way we can't be held accountable for preventing and prohibiting the acquisition of reading, writing, and arithmetic, per se...
it's ingenious in f*ck*d-up-retarded-land. see?
so, for example,
if kids can't get their pencils out or hold their pencils. get their books out or hold their books. be quiet for 5 minutes.
then we don't need to worry about preventing and prohibiting the development of reading, writing, and arithmetic.
apparently one teacher says that her kids don't seem able to carry their books or get out their pencils or pay attention in class for 5 minutes...
by the seems of it it's about parents (managment types) working from home. micro-mis-managing their kids. the kids are saying 'i can't do anything' i'm too slow' etc. and their parents are doing everything for them because they are controlling and because things are faster that way.
it's really ingenious.
you want to ensure the kids can't feed themselves and so on.
i mean... what do you have to do to have them just sit in their incubator and take what they are given?
lie down. just lie flat.
there's a good money-earner for me. the government will pay me for as many of them as i can make or find or aquire.

what's that? too slow. late. can't do it.
can't process the visa appliations or the enrolment applications or the course progressions.
can't process the graduations.
can't supply applications for jobs.
can't hire people wiling and able to do the job (want to hire the people not capable of doing the job to ensure the job is not done not done by them not done by anyone)
put the people with capacity on disability.
or...
put the people with capacity behind bars. inprison them. incapacitate them. throw them into detention camps.

we have given up the pretense, i suppose, of being anything other than an offshore detention camp for a nation who pretends to be too stupid to honor their own constitution.
it was convenient for australia to regard nz to be a state of it. that is in their constitution.
not so convenient now.
when it comes to paying people actual currency and paying people fair wages etc.
time to draft everyone to die, now.

i guess because it became about everything other than the work. them refusing to process the work and expecting me to do things like go away with them on weekend 'conference' 'workshop' 'camp' or whatever kinds of things. what? just tag along to keep the numbers up while you don't give me a speaking slot or listen to me or acknowledge anything i say...

i don't htink they thought very much at all. i guess for them it just was about keeping the numbers up.

well... that was the dynamic that was wanted and fostered and so on.
i don't see that anytihng was done to develop an apprenticeship system...
i mean.. the contract was for 3 years extendible to 4 with the possibility of a hold for one year.
and i did work during that time. written work.
that was supposed to contribute towards the completion of a phd.
and then you simply don't acnowledge progression. you don't say anything concrete about what neesd to happen (going 'garbage garbage not good enough' is in itself garbage output).
apparently mjy job is to fawn over you so that you don't feel so inclined to kill me or stabotage everything for me - because you can.
like a little monkey towards the alpha male. be all big eyed and cute and supplicant so you are allowed close enough to learn from what they are doing. apparently the alpha male needs to work specially slowly to break down what they are doing into small components so that it can be emulated by the learner.
i guess that's like when he introduces a speaker and spends the first 10 minutes of the talk gushing over how important and how many titles the person has.
because otherwise the audience couldn't possibly know whether the talk was worth listenign to or whethe rthe speaker actually had anything to say or whether the talk was 'garbage' or whether anybody who questioned it was 'garbage'.
really super important skills like that.
beause the problem, apparently, is i'm too stupid to understand that if i don't start gushing his praises...
you know.. stop doing actual work and get with the program of gushing everyones praises.
that's what we are going to do all day, now. gush the praises of the superiors and go 'rubbish rubbish rubbish' to everyone else.
i mean, get with the program. else you must be too stupid to follow along.
