Feeling good again despite minor setbacks

Posted by Lamdage22 on September 14, 2015, at 13:21:37

So i am back on track... now that i have epicondylitis (tendon inflammation in the elbow) i cant do my hobbies, but what i can do is reach out to friends and family. Spend time with them. So i am visiting them down in the south (bavaria). Its quite a trip but i will be equipped with movies on my laptop.
My oldest brother (mothers side) was here yesterday. I was happy to see him although he seems to be VERY prone to conspiracy theories of the weirdest kind. I just say nothing when he speaks about it. It is a bit harrowing. I dont even want to say what he said... anyway.

Im not going to the gym and i am not going to the golf course because i want my elbow to heal. I found a great massage gal.. she REALLY works in those uptight forearm tendons and muscles. Maybe with her help i will get back to working out again. I know that muscles can protect against epicondylitis.

I feel okay more often than not. I just reduced Zyprexa a week ago. No problems so far.
What really helps me is getting things done. It gives me confidence. Going "check" "check" through those to-do lists.

Tomorrow i will be heading to an event from the refugee people. See if i can get some volunteer job there. The parson that gave me religion lessons in primary school.. shes the head of that refugee initiative.

I will see what the next days have in store for me and then visit my mother down in the south.

This is the end of the thread.
