i'm seeing some of my family i havent seen in a while....could open a new chapter with my brother, defense tactics initiate... lol .....but blood is thicker than water, so family is importmant.... it's just all this stuff that happened from 2009 was vain and it's a boring chapter of living, lose all this weight, it's repulsive to look in the mirror when you try to get some cool clothes on that don't go with chunkey munkey body style...most diet that works is the liquid diet....so ill just have to work over and over until i can get 3 months of only protein shakes again until i lose lots....
but this is my online family....lol so....it's on saturday so i'll see how it goes
