Something made me anxious earlier today. It is over, no big deal, I am not preoccupied with it, but my body feels like it is pumped with adrenaline or something. I am irritable, on edge, tense, shakey. I've been trying to calm myself down for hours. I have finally taken .25 of klonopin. I am trying to avoid extra meds.
This is ridiculous.

Actually more like absurd. Ridiculous implies laughable, and I ain't laughing.
But what does absurd really mean? I am seriously off to Google. I'm such a geek. Umm. No. I do not bite the heads off of chickens. That's a geek.
The previous poster said it: you remind me of me. Even down to the parsimonious use of klonopin.
Sorry slleepygirl.

Absurd: out of tune (sound); beyond reason.
Or do you prefer ironic laughter?
How you feeling?

Better today, trying to take it easy.
It's that whole flight or fight reaction thing I guess.
Maybe running could've helped. I did a bunch of yardwork though.
I google lots of things that just pop into my head.
Thanks fb :-)

Hey, good for moving about. You could run today to flush from yesterday.
Happy May Day. Hope you enjoy.

Reminds me so much as me "lets see what disease do I have today" that sort of thing. I think the switch is broken that turns off my brain. I do wish benzos worked for me still. Love Phillipa

I think I posted on psychology, actually. She caved, reluctantly, on emsam. More details, but if I start, I'm afraid I'll rant.
