my rat catching dogs day off

today was freezeing. so i set of to a wild bird feeding site ,its near clumber park a well famouse beauty spot, there is a fence at the roadside with seed holder,s nailed on to put in your seed.the weather was that bad only mental me was there.i filled the cans an went back to the car to watch the spectical of most british bird life.but there is a sinister side to this idilic spot.RATS the amount of seed that falls to the floor RATS have taken residence in the roots of oak tree,s,my dogs injure themself,s trying to dig under the tree,s so i dont take them.BUT i took my 22 pellet rifle.being the only one there the rats thought it safe to raid the seeds, bad move on there part. six never made it back.now you may think that was crule but i have seen these same rats at night take a sleeping wood pigeon of the fence an kill it.there was nothing in the bird feeders when i got there ,the rats had took it.they took some heavy casualtise today,an there,s i bit more room under one tree
