I'm having my nephew over tomorrow night. Sunday we're going to see Shrek 3. Other than that I don't know, its supposed to rain all weekend so I guess that means no swimming (his favorite thing to do). I guess we'll be playing lots of board games and doing lots of artwork. I really can't wait to see him - its been a while.

Well, guess I'll go start The Hobbit again. I need some new books (but sometimes the old ones are best). Night everyone!

I thought he was in Southlake. That might be near Keller, I'm not sure, I'm not real familiar with that far northwest DFW. But yeah, there have been some serious storms going on around here. But they only scare me when they start talking about tornadoes and funnel clouds and stuff. So far with these I haven't heard any of that. Its weird, I only get scared for other people though, never myself.
I've already taken the rugrat home. We went to see Shrek 3 earlier today - very cute and funny. I also usually let him pick out a toy at Walmart for under $5, and this time it was this big package of water guns. So later we went outside and had a water gun fight while it was sprinkling off and on (but no lightening).
We had a lot of fun this visit, but my cat is always hissing at him! I don't know if its a territorial thing or what, but it makes Christopher scared of him. I sometimes wonder if Kitty hears me getting on to Christopher and wants to 'help'. I do have to reprimand him quite a bit. He tests me by doing the exact opposite of what I ask him to, but his home life isn't that great, so I try to work with him and expose him to a more stable environment. I don't know if I always handle it exactly right, but I try really hard. I'd like to get him into therapy. I wonder if you can do that if you're not the parent? Anybody know? And anyone know about the cat thing? Is it jealousy or what?

Glad you had a fun time with your nephew. I read the thread where matt gives where he lives and thought it said Keller could be wrong but not South lakes it was a definite K. Love Phillipa
