That's so nice of you to ask!!

I don't know if I posted here at Social that last Tue nite he smoked a roach of weed & went psychotic again.

It took him until yesterday to START to improve again. I was hearing about plots to kill him & his family it he didn't hurt himself, etc ALL OVER AGAIN. "And MOM - it's REAL"

Gawd.

ANYway, yesterday FINALLY, he said he thought the medicine was starting to help. They added sequenol or something.

Haven't spoken to him today yet.

This morning my husband's Dad died!

He'd been in a nursing home with Alzheimers, but just went in to hospital this morning & by the time my husband & his brother got there, Dad was dead! A shock. And sorta hard to deal with on top of all the Son stuff. I'm having horrid flashes of seeing my son in the state Grampa's in. Having to swishhhhhhh those away the instant they appear.

Thanks for asking Jan. luv, Kath

I'm so sorry for your loss during this troubled time. You can get through this, you have each other to lean on. My condolences for your loss. It is so hard to lose a parent, no matter how long you have to prepare yourself for it.

Take good care,
ClearSkies

You know Kath...I went up to a friend today, after finding out another mutual friend of ours had lost his struggle with cancer, and we hugged each other. I added.."What's up with this kinda stuff, anyways?" Please take care..both you and hubby...

thx CS - that's so sweet of you.

You know, it's lighter for us because of the grieving we've already gone through over the past 3 years at losing Dad slowly but steadily to Alzheimer's disease. He hasn't known us for near a year, I guess.

thx for your warmth.

:-) Kath
