They tend first to their own gardens.
They accept that there are things that are larger than they are.
They don't see the need to fight everything all the time.
They have a positive attitude.
They forgive themselves.
They realize that people have problems, but only seek to fix their own.
They live very simple lives.
Seems to me that they are on to something there.

Maddie you just cured me!!!! As I don't tend my own garden husband does, try to fix others problems, can't forgive myself, blame myself. I fit the profile of a very unhappy person. So depression is my problem unhappiness is. Thanks I'll try and start working on it now. Love Phillipa ps I need the bigger than me too.
