especially if you aren't there to see anyone, but are in the concert band playing. I was there at 4 pm for a rehearsal, then the band ate, graduation started at 6 and didn't get over until 8:45.
Then there was this theater teacher screaming out the names of over 1200 graduates. This had to be the worse gig of my life and I was playing for free. Never again am I going to play that gig again. (at least not sober) LOL
I am going to bed hopefully can get to sleep if I can get that dang Prosessional song out of my head. Okay, I am done venting, thanks for listening. LOL

I'm so sorry. How awful. Endless and boring. And sometimes it's really hot inside those arenas.
At least you didn't have to wear a cheap silver lamé cap and gown. At least I hope you didn't. We looked like graduates from outer space!
I hope you do something nice for yourself to make up for this.
