I cannot begin to tell you all how excited I am about this. I swear I'm ready to roll around on the floor and bat at my husband's ankles over this!

If you only knew: I'm such a cheap date -- one drink and I'm under the table! (Three and I'm under the host? No, that was Dorothy Parker...) But I am nearly intoxicated with excitement, so I guess that counts?

Funny, though. If anyone remembers that one of my best friends died in May, she and I used to watch the series together every week. I'm only sad that she died before we could watch it together again.
I suppose, really, that I'm sad because she and I will never do anything together again, but this somehow brings her back. We both loved the show, and we watched tapes and joked about it for years after it went off the air. Both Gary Cole fans, I guess.
