All drugs have risks, why don't you just worry about letting the people who make the drug aware of it. Leave lawsuits to the real criminals and don't deprive people of other options in the fight against depression. Just because you could not tolerate it does not mean a majority of people can!

Thats the problem, it's not a "few" people who cannot tolerate - I've been reading the case studies - there are lots of people who have the same side effects I did, but they don't put those particular side effects and withdrawal symptoms in the pamphlets. I said I would be on the band wagon when there is a suit - and I bet money on the fact that there will be a suit - because I do NOT want other unsuspecting innocent people to be put through the h*ll I have been for over two months. There are PLENTY of anti-depressants that are proven safe that are on the market, this one needs more testing and more information on their info leaflet before it is widespread.
