I found them kind of interesting because there was some stuff in them I'd never heard before, but I'm not sure how factual they are.

I haven't read everything but it looks like a good informative site overall. What things didn't you think you were factual?

One of them mentioned that people who have panic attacks/agoraphobia don't have childhoods, like they become little adults and take care of everyone etc. That definitely fits me, but I didn't know that was something that caused panic attacks, like as a general rule.

Yes, I read that article too and had mixed feelings about it. I am prone to panic attacks/agoraphobia and I fit that profile somewhat. I'm also the oldest child. I think that these things play into it but that the biggest factor is genetics.
