Reconstruction of midline in upper lip and mouth

I have been searching high and low to find a doctor that could help me.
A

I'm not familiar with the towns you mentioned in your post, so I don't know what state you're in. I do know that New York University School of Medicine, in New York City, has an excellent Department of Reconstructive Plastic Surgery. Perhaps you can contact them for a referral.
