I ran out of Topamax once and had to buy a 10 day's supply without insurance.... I thought I might die! Can you borrow money from someone, or talk to your doctor about getting samples?? Is that an option? It sucks to run out, especially when you have to run the risk of tapering back up.... Try all of your possibilities and see what happens. It's strange, but sometimes small miracles do happen at our own hands. Good luck!
