I know, Noa. And I'm so sorry.
I had the same reaction when I read that post. It's so hard to recognize and accept the limitations of the internet at times like these. Unless someone has real life contact information for her, there's not a whole lot we can do.
Other than worry, and offer our hopes up to whatever higher power we subscribe to.

I was hoping someone here had direct contact info for Racer. Dr. Bob said he has done what he can. I am glad. I don't know what that is, though. I was hoping someone had more info and could get help for her. I am so worried. I hope she is ok.

No, I went to sleep after that.
Sienna, do you know what town she lives in? You don't have to write it here--probably should not post it--but you can email it to me at noa at ziplip dot com. I think I would call the police. Although it has already been 27 hours since her "I'm sorry" post.
I'm not really a praying person very often, but I am praying for Racer now. I know that Shar is praying for her, too.

I too hope Racer is ok. I tend to think of everyone on this board as related in a way. I feel like we are all in this together. We all know how sad we can get and how damaging we can be once we get down that far.
My heart goes out to Racer. I am praying for her. I also wish her peace in her heart.
If she isn't reasing these posts, let's hope she is feeling our love and concern. It is frustrating wanting to give support but being unable to.

Noa, I did read in her post that she said her husband was in the house with her. By the time I read her message, it was so long after she wrote it, that my most comforting thought was that she was not physically alone. We are relatively helpless to do anything in these situations, but someone physically there would be in a position to do more.
