Either the glucophage or my life circumstances, or the phase of my mood cycle (and the timing is about right for that) is making me too all over the place in mood.
And I really don't know I could post here at all without my therapist and he'll be gone for a while. Without knowing he's around to support and help, I don't know that I can interact with others - any others at all, so please you guys, don't take it personally. It's just the way I am. He's the safe base from which I can venture out and explore the world.
I didn't want anyone to worry if I don't post for a while. I'm fine, just hibernating a bit until it's safe to come back to the real world when my therapist gets back from being unreachable.
And please don't laugh at me if I break my self imposed vacation. There are some days I feel better than others.
