Do you think you could hook your synth sound system to your computer & d/l the bells? Convert it to an mp3? I'd love to hear what it sounds like. You could store your mp3 file on a free temp storage file site & let some others d/l it to hear. It sounds absolutely fascinating!

not quite a request I would expect on PB..

Glad to spread my strangenessess...

I already had it recorded..but really the sound grows on you because it is random and never repeats...also the deeper effect comes without the white noise..but my recording is'nt set up...

looping the sample gives the effect but not really the experience that several hours of the synth playing it randomly does...while you do other stuff.. I think the future of music will be algorithmnic programs that just play eternally over the web interacting with other peoples algorithmns....

The sample is background in a flash site i'm developing

I uploaded it here

http://www.dothopper.com/home/random loop.mp3

or higher pitched

http://www.dothopper.com/home/random loop4.mp3

or in a very strange dub track

I went to http://www.dothopper.com & it sounds interesting. I love strange, unusual sounds as long as they're pleasing. You should hear the throat-singers of Tuva. I can do that sort of thing but not with any great amount of skill. There's also this unusual tribe in the north middle part of China where the women communicate with strange bird-type singing. It carries over quite a distance.

I can't do much more with your site at the moment as a run-time error message keeps popping up. Don't know if it's your site or our IE but I'll tend to it later & check out your sounds more. Thanks a lot for it! Ah, how I miss Napster - it's never been the same.
