I can't post either, for a totally different reason about my own horrendous last year and mixed feelings about therapy, jealousy, envy, grief, anger at the world...blah....blah...better I just stay silent rather than risk hurting someone here over something that is just about me and my insane "therapy"....
But I getcha. I really do.
