I just saw pdoc and I'm kind of upset. I had over a page worth of things to talk about with her today and she was running late. I only got 10 mins with her. I read all my notes, but that was basically it. She didn't really get to talk to me. I told her I was really anxious and she told me to do progressive muscle relaxation several times a day.
I'm just upset that we didn't get to discuss anything. So much happened these past 2 weeks. Can someone talk to me?
If not I think I have to call the distress centre.

It must have been so hard to have so little time with pdoc when such a lot is happening. But here on Babble, people are definitely talking to you! If I counted correctly, there are currently six threads on Social and two on Psychology which you started, and in which people took time to answer you with caring and thoughtfulness. Several of these threads sort of died out when you did not respond. A good way to feel cared about and supported would be to let those posters know that you appreciate what they have written; they want to help and be caring, but they do need a bit of recognition and responsiveness from you.
When you ask for responses again, it's as if you don't realize or value how many people have already responded with care and concern. Right now, we don't have too many more people available on Babble.

Maybe you should call the distress centre. Tell them everything that you didn't have a change to tell your doctor. They should be able to help you. I think it would help if you talked to a real person.
