It's like a therapist in your pocket

The title is goofy but I thought this might interest folks here http://www.npr.org/templates/story/story.php?storyId=127081326

There are also some other interesting mental health articles on the site.

I think that could be helpful. My therapist used to send me home with that homework, and there was nothing like having to stop every hour, face a blank sheet of paper, and write down what I was feeling to make my mind go utterly blank.

If I was instead presented with not a blank sheet of paper but a range of choices, it might be better. Although I might also get bogged down in the nuances of trying to identify precisely.

On the other hand, I often find I'm enthusiastic about these electronic tools at first, then gradually find them less appealing.

Do you think it would be useful to you?

(I liked the comment about the difference between saying "I feel anxious" and "The anxiety is strong right now.")
