doing stupid things
self destructive in nature
I could do better
I should know better, I do know better
maybe if I make healthier things a priority
these other things will just fall to the background
med changes have thrown me for a loop, but I should know better than this
things can be better, am I screwing it up?
maybe

For me, learning anything including becoming the person I want to be involves messing up along the way.

:(
I know what you mean.
I hate to see you beating yourself up over something that's past. I do it myself, and it never does seem to help anything.
Is there any way to fix or improve what you think you've done lately? Can you remind yourself, for a little while, to remember the medication issue and be sure that you're not reacting to it?

I think maybe I'm speaking to myself too.
My tendency to do self destructive things is legendary. Yet it's the sort of self destructive things that my therapist doesn't see as being so bad.
I keep pointing out that the subtle stuff I do to mess myself up (for no earthly reason at all as far as I can see) actually has more long term effects than the more dramatic stuff. But he tends to take drama more seriously.

I should make a list of the destructive stuff I do...maybe later, I think it'd overwhelm me.

I am glad I could help. And please don't call
yourself stupid. I can't imagine there being
anything "stupid" about you. You are a smart
and decent person.
