My new T is well new! Very experienced. Matter of fact. I think she was a bit blown away by my story ~ that I was functional til I told her about my house phobia.
She is saying we are in for the long haul. L O N G haul. More than 36 sessions. That is what medicare will cover. I worked out on the way home that no jokes with travel and her fee it will cost $5000 dollars. And even then I won't be ready to terminate....
Gee I wish I could cry right now.
I know this will be life giving for me in the long run but right now blimey what have I said yes to. She thinks I have PTSD. And Major depression and Anxiety. Beats me. I thought I was dealing rather well with life. and I am. Just the whole panic/manic side of me needs to rest.

Good thing medicare will take care of most of it, right?

I hope that you find it is a bit helpful as well.
