Alot of fear, is caused from getting taking atvantage of something, and then doing torment [yet they might not realize it] it causes toxic memories that are put away. Then when something happens, randomly, looking at something, or a thought that passes, it causes fear/sadness. And you don't know why you feel a certain way...
