I'm feeling better....

Posted by obsidian on May 14, 2009, at 21:23:18

very, very sad :-( but better
I had one of those cry for the entire session type of sessions, actually I started in the waiting room and continued after I left in the car
I decided I'd write everything down so I could communicate what I needed to, and then a lot of stuff came after that
god, that was hard
now I need to rest

I have wondered whether the way out of terrible feelings can sometimes be connected with anger.

That is, if I get angry enough I can separate myself enough to feel grief enough to feel better.

Or something like that.

Well done.

Sid,

Sounds like a very cathartic session. And writing is great.

You deserve some rest now after all that. Glad you're feeling better.

Mollie
