Thanks for asking, Muffled. I'm doing okay. Still depressed and upset, but it's better than it was. The weekend away did me a fair amount of good.
I should probably live somewhere where I can see the ocean every day.

The only substance that universally gives life to both our body and our spirit. And, it's everywhere. The blood in our veins, the air which we breath, the ground we walk upon.
I remind myself, in times which I feel down, of truths. Like the truth that tiny pieces of the ocean are all around me. Here and there, minuscule sticky notes with the memory of the breeze on my face and salt on my lips. I close my eyes and remember the tingle of spray on my chest. When I'm there, how can I be sad?
