My T is pleased with some improvements I have made in my assertiveness and things, which is good, its just now I feel the pressure to feel good and have good sessions, does anyone else ever feel that way. I know, it is probably my perfectionist thinking, the very thing we are working on. I admit I do want to please him, but I am also afraid that he will think I am better before I really am and I won't be able to handle termination. We have never discussed it, but I always am so afraid that if I am too bad or too good he'll never want to see me again. Such infantile thinking, why do I feel this way????
