1)Walking my dog, especially in the sunshine.
2) Doing anything that makes a positive contribution to my life, e.g., cleaning something, cooking something, following through on a plan.
3) Certain supplements, e.g. magnesium for irritability.
4) Writing/thinking a gratitude list.
5) Taking my dog over to a friends house and sitting and chatting with her in her backyard while our dogs play.
6) EFT http://www.emofree.com/ It enables me to bring stuff into the light of day that subconsiously lurks and wreaks havoc.
7) A feel good movie, TV show or book. Or sometimes just a really well-done movie, TV show or book. I just watched "Elizabeth I" with Helen Mirren, for instance. What an actress she is!
8) My newest thing is coloring mandalas while listening to music. http://www.whats-your-sign.com/free-mandala-coloring-pages.html
(What a good idea this question is!)
