Hi guys,
is it cool to take 2mg Copper, 45mg Iron and 1400mg Arginine all at once? Don't I need some Vitamin C (orange juice) for the Iron to be absorbed? But doesn't Vitamin C hinder Copper Uptake?
I take it all on an empty stomach. I could start to take Copper and Arginine at one time and Iron and Vitamin C another time.
Would be happy if you know something about it. I am or at least was recently deficient in both Iron and Copper.

Personally, I would not supplement with copper or iron. Too much iron causes neurotoxicity, and too much copper can worsen psychosis (i.e. Wilson's disease). Unless you have a documented deficiency of these (i.e. MD not ND), I wouldn't touch them.
I have not read much in terms of any mental health benefit (except in rare cases, iron, if one is deficient).
Sorry, I know I didn't answer your question.

I was deficient in both. According to standard medicine.
