Hey yall,
i take Super K from Life Extension which includes
Vitamin K1 1500mcg
Vitamin K2 MK 7 100mcg
Vitamin K2 MK4 1000mcgAnd on top of that 200mcg K2MK7
I have thrombosis in my butt. It started after a workout. Is there a connection? What should I do?

Exercise can cause thrombosis. I think that's common.
Have you seen a doctor? It's important.

Just because it is the only product I know, that contains all 3 K's and the internet says K can't be overdosed. The proctologist that I saw took a whopping two minutes for me. I will have to see someone else.
