to top off Orthomolecular. I don't mean in your face psychosis, I mean...milder, lingering "stuff." blah. "recovery is an uneven process..."
yeah, no sh*t.
thanks in advance. :-)

The ingredients for EMPowerplus Advanced could help.

You're welcome. I wish I could try it, but, because of digestive problems, there are many supplements that I can't tolerate. I wish it were available transdermally, like this multivitamin patch I use.

i think i'd have to add it onto my DIY Orthomolecular protocol, not replace. thing is...especially with the high dose C (12 grams for me, right now), the body gets accustomed to it, and...well, i have a bit of trouble here and there, but I"ve come a long, long way...which lines up with what Orthomolecular is all about (long term treatment, possibly reducing psych drug intake as a genuine recovery takes place, etc.).
thanks. if i don't go that route, some DIY amino acid supplementation might be the thing to try. even though I'm on a full dose neuroleptic, I'm kinda sorta considering maybe DL phenlyalanine. I don't have eps, tics, TD, akathisia, etc., so...
it seems that it -might- provide a mood lift and help concentration. but i dunno. i have bunches of taurine i bought on sale, so...the rational thing to do would be to try that, first, maybe 4 grams +/-, go from there.
ok. thanks, again. I'm glad you've found a high quality transdermal supplement that gets the job done. that's awesome. :-)

I found Sarcosine cool aside from the Akathisia. Or Glycine. They are more for negative symptoms
